PURPOSE: A mask for implant fixture coating is provided to cover rest parts of the implant fixture when one part of the implant fixture is coated with one side of the fire hose. CONSTITUTION: A mask for implant fixture coating comprises a supporting part (51) which supports the implant fixture; a rotating unit which is connected to the supporting part and rotates the supporting part so that the implant fixture can be rotated; a first receptor which receives rest parts of the implant fixture; a second receptor (33) which is connected to the first receptor; a mask (30) for implant fixture coating which has a size contacting with outside of the supporting part; and a jet - gun which sprays the implant fixture with synostosis enlargement material so that the synostosis enlargement material can be coated on one part of the implant fixture.
