<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which completes verification of a message by an electronic signature in a predetermined period. <P>SOLUTION: A reception unit periodically receives a packet signal from a base station device in each of two or more subframes among a super frame composed of a plurality of time-multiplexed subframes. An analysis unit 74 gives priority to the subframes in which the packet signals from the base station device are received, on the basis of the packet signals received by the reception unit.
