The present invention pertains to: a polar group-containing olefin copolymer (A') that is polymerized using a transition metal catalyst, that has a weight average molecular weight in a specific range, and that comprises a specific range of a polar group-containing monomer; a multinary polar olefin copolymer (A'') that essentially includes a polar monomer component having a norbornene skeleton and a carboxyl group or an acid anhydride group, and that has at least three types of monomer unit; and a resin composition (C) comprising a specific amount of a polar-group containing olefin copolymer (A) and an olefin resin (B).
