<p>Device for preventing environmental emergencies for the marine or overland transportation of containers and ISO-tanks containing hazardous substances, and more precisely this is a prevention device (1) of the type for containing possible spills for loads generally packaged in containers (CT); said prevention device (1) comprises a flexible surround (2), respective connection components, a retainer (3) in the form of shackles (3A) for installation on containers (CT) in general, said surround (2) comprising a basic "U"-section cladding which may clad the entire mid-to-lower area, i.e. the base and part of the side walls of the container (CT); the planar base (2A) of the flexible surround (2) is provided with reinforced means (M) for receiving the connection and retention components (3); the internal peripheral format (pf1) of the flexible surround (2) is practically identical in format to the external peripheral format (pf2) of the container (CT) and edge (2b) of the surround (2) includes a plurality of mooring means (A).</p> |
