The method involves an attachment device (3) with transportation landing gears (5) having several support wheels (6). The transportation landing gears are moved from an operative position outside of a working area (8) of the attachment device to transport position lying in the working area of the attachment device. The portion of weight of the attachment device is supported on a ground through support wheels in transport position of the transportation landing gears.
