PURPOSE: An integral type settling body construction device and method for an anchor are provided to suppress the attenuation of resistance capacities in an extension by inserting a cone-shaped settling member into a strand, exposing a tensile member, and fixing through a band. CONSTITUTION: An integral type settling body construction device for an anchor comprises a tensile member joining hole, a separation protection tap, a settling wing(33), a hose groove(34), and a secession prevention protrusion(35). The tensile member joining hole is longitudinally formed for passing through a tensile member(20) and is internally equipped with the separation prevention tap. The settling wing is regularly formed with the hose grooves for inserting a grout injection hose. The opposed side to the settling wing is formed with the separation prevention protrusion. A band joining part is formed between the settling wing and the separation prevention protrusion. The band joining part is filled with a band(50) to closely fix the exposed tensile member inserted into the tensile member joining hole to a settling member(30).
