PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a granulated composite flame retardant is provided not to generate dust contamination during manufacturing process, and to be easily mixed with material by manufacturing flame retardant to granular shape, thereby having stable quality of products, securing the neatness of a working site, and improving production efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a granulated composite flame retardant comprise: a step of mixing 50-60 weight% of a granular flame retardant, 1-10 weight% of a dispersant, 15-29 weight% of synergist; 1-10 weight% of a coupling agent, 1-7 weight% of an aiding agent; a step of extruding the mixture by passing through a granulator consisting of a screw formed on an outer surface, and a dual rollers arranged in an upper part and a lower part and contacted toward outside; a step of grinding the extruder to granular shaped particles; and a step of heating and drying the particles in a furnace. |
