PURPOSE: A metallic pipe comprising a plasma electrolytic oxide film is provided to prevent desquamation or dielectric breakdown of a pipe even if the pipe is heated to high temperature or repetitive thermal shock is applied to the pipe, since a silane-based coated layer is strongly coupled to a plasma electrolytic oxide film. CONSTITUTION: A metallic pipe comprising a plasma electrolytic oxide film comprises plasma electrolytic oxide films(20,25). The plasma electrolytic oxide films are formed on the surface of a metallic pipe(10). Coated layers(30,35) are formed on the surfaces of the plasma electrolytic oxide films. |
