PURPOSE: A work clamping device of a machine tool is provided to reduce malfunction by being structurally simple with a non-toggle method and to improve work efficiency with simple installation and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A work clamping device of a machine tool comprises a driving unit(10), a guide plate(40), a push pipe, and a collet(30). The guide plate is connected to the driving unit and is linearly moved by a driving force of the driving unit. The push pipe is connected to the guide plate and is operated with the guide plate. The collet performs clamping or unclamping operation based on forward and backward movement of the push pipe.
