PURPOSE: Aquatic binder slurry is provided to provide an electrode having high electrostatic capacity and an irregular carbon active material. CONSTITUTION: Aquatic binder slurry comprises at least one irregular carbon material, at least one binder, and water. The binder comprises carboxymethyl cellulose and styrene butadiene rubber. A manufacturing method of an electrochemical cell comprises the following steps: a step of preparing the binder slurry; a step of coating the binder slurry on a conductive substrate to form an anode; and a step of arranging the anode and a cathode to electrically communicate.
