PURPOSE: A pedestrian warning device of a vehicle is provided to accurately compute the operating angle and distance according to the pedestrian position by using a dipole sound source. CONSTITUTION: A pedestrian warning device of a vehicle comprises the following steps: a detection sensor(100) senses a position of a pedestrian(P) around a vehicle(V); a detection sensor measures an angle and a distance between the pedestrian and the vehicle; a vehicle speed sensor(200) senses a velocity of a vehicle; a pair of dipole speakers(500) is installed by being separated with a certain distance in the vehicle; and a control unit(300) controls a sound volume or a frequency, a phase of a sound signal by using location information of the pedestrian.
