<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to improve the precision of an operating frequency without accurately estimating a wiring capacity after automatic arrangement wiring at the point of logic synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A NOR cell input-side logic circuit(238) is composed of NOT gate circuits(234,235) and a NAND gate circuit(236). A NOR cell output-side logic circuit(239) is composed of a NOT gate circuit(237). A NAND cell input-side logic circuit(248) is composed of NOT gate circuits(244,245) and a NOR gate circuit(246). A NAND cell output-side logic circuit(249) is composed of a NOT gate circuit(247). The NOT gate circuit of the NOR cell output-side logic circuit increases a driving ability. The NOT gate circuit of the NAND cell output-side logic circuit increases the driving ability.</p> |
