PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a failure rate of products by reducing a short circuit between a power voltage supply wire and a compensation control signal wire. CONSTITUTION: A compensation control signal wire(GC) and a power voltage supply wire(Vdd) have an overlapped region. The compensation control signal wire and the power voltage supply wiring are respectively connected to a thin film transistor(TFT) of pixels. The compensation control signal wire is formed on the same layer as an active layer(21) of the thin film transistor. A plurality of insulating films including a first insulating film(11) and a second insulating film(12) are formed between the compensation control signal wire and the power voltage supply wire. The compensation control signal wire includes polysilicon materials.
