PURPOSE: A half nut clamping device for an injection molding machine is provided to simplify the clamping device to simultaneously clamp or release two half nuts to prevent from delaying to clamp and the fault to engage. CONSTITUTION: A half nut clamping device for an injection molding machine comprises a left half nut(100), a right half nut(200), a driving pulley(320), first and second driving links(410,510), a first connecting link(600), a second connecting link(700). Both ends of the first connecting link are hinge-connected to the edge of hinge point diagonal direction and engage two split nuts. The second connecting link engages a first split nut(210) of the right half nut and a first split nut(110) of the left half nut.
