The system has a determination unit for determining a set of concepts associated with a basic request by automatic text analysis conducted within an assembly of electronic documents stored in a database. A control unit controls display of designation of the concept on a screen to allow a user to select information related to relevant concept in an interactive manner by using an input unit. An identification unit identifies an expert associated with the documents responding, within measurement obtained by the analysis, to the request supplemented by a concept associated with the information. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for identifying a competent expert to solve technical problems defined by a basic request (2) an intermediation platform for open innovation. |
