<p>An operating structure for an electrically operated vehicle is disclosed, in which the windings of the electric motor are used as inductors for power factor correction during charging of the vehicle by means of the vehicle-dedicated convertor. The windings are interconnected in such a way that little or no torque is generated in the motor during the charging operation.</p>
