摘要 PURPOSE: A method for recycling a differential case of an automatic transmission in a vehicle is provided to prevent the waste of a material by integrally connecting a boss unit for recycling while removing a part for discarding from the case through cutting. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling a differential case of an automatic transmission in a vehicle comprises: a step of cutting a female stepped unit and a chamfering unit on an end edge unit after removing a boss unit for discarding from a main body of the differential case in which a connecting component is completely separated; a step of processing a male stepped unit on one side edge unit after cutting inner and outer diameter units of a cylindrical material and manufacturing a boss unit for recycling by molding a flat gear in the inner diameter unit; a step of inserting the male stepped unit of the boss unit for recycling into the female stepped unit of the main body and welding the outer surface circumference of a contacting part on a support plate rotating with the low speed by a motor; and a step of measuring out-of-roundness by mounting the main body on a shelf which the boss unit for recycling is integrated and finally processing the outer surface of a welding part while rotating with high speed.
