THIN FILM BATTERY WITH IMPROVED PERFORMANCE BY SURFACE TREATMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE THIN FILM BATTERY

PURPOSE: A thin film battery is provided to inhibit side reaction of a negative electrode active material and a substrate, and to prevent moisture penetration from the other side of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A thin film battery has a structure that a negative electrode active material(150) is contacted to a substrate(100). The part contacting the negative electrode active material and substrate, a first surface treatment layer(310) including the negative electrode active material is formed. The negative electrode active material includes lithium. The thin film battery additionally includes the second surface treatment layer. The second surface treatment layer includes one or more selected from CaO, MgO, and CaCl2.
