PURPOSE: A composite electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell is provided to improve a thermal stability and a proton-conductivity by a phosphoric acid doping, and to prevent leakage of the doped acid by an added metal. CONSTITUTION: A composite electrolyte membrane includes a polybenzimidazole-based polymer and a metal-grafting porous structure and is doped with a phosphoric acid. An amount of the metal-grafting porous structure is 0.1 to 30wt% based on an amount of the polymer. Also, A composite electrolyte membrane manufacturing method comprises forming a metal-grafting porous structure; forming a composite electrolyte membrane by using the composite electrolyte membrane and a polybenzimidazole-based polymer; and applying an ionic conductivity by doping the composite electrolyte membrane with a phosphoric acid. |
