DEVICE OF ALERT FOR DISASTERS AND ACCIDENTS

PURPOSE: An automatic voice notification device for disaster forecasts and alerts is provided to convert disaster data, delivered as a phone call, a text message, or a packet by using a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) module, into a voice and outputted by voice. CONSTITUTION: A wired communications part(210) receives disaster data through a wired communications network, and a wireless communications part(220) receives disaster data through a wireless communications network. A backup memory part(230) stores disaster broadcast voice data corresponding to the disaster data. A central control part(200) determines the user authority by analyzing the transmitted disaster data and converts the disaster data into voice data. An audio processing part(240) adjusts the output size in order to transmit the disaster data converted into the voice data through a disaster alert device(30). An amplifier controller part(250) broadcasts the voice data, where output size is adjusted, through a voice output device.
