PURPOSE: An imaging device and an imaging method are provided to perform an imaging control based on the image value degree. CONSTITUTION: An imaging unit(120) images the image. An image value degree calculator(157) calculates the image value degree which indicates the value of image which is imaged by the imaging unit.
