PURPOSE: A drip pan apparatus of a resin coater is provided to suppress that bubbles and foreign substances are flown to a pick-up roll using the principle that bubbles and foreign substances contained in the coating solution rise in the coating solution. CONSTITUTION: In a drip pan apparatus, an applicator roll(22) and a pick-up roll(21) are arranged to be adjacent to coat the coating solution(C) on a steel sheet, and a part of the lower portion of the pick-up roll is sunk under the coating solution. The drip pan apparatus comprises a drip pan(100) and a coating solution flow path unit(300). The drip pan has a coating solution accommodation space, and is connected to a supply tube(110) and a discharge tube(120) to supply the coating solution to and discharge the coating solution from the accommodation space. The coating solution flow path unit is installed in the accommodation space of the drip pan, guides the flow of the coating solution which is supplied from the supply tube and flows to the pick-up roll, and suppresses that bubbles and foreign substances contained in the coating solution are flown to the pick-up roll. |
