PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting wire-disconnection of a secondary battery is provided to detect disconnection of all connection lines connected to battery cells and detects a position of a disconnected line, thereby improving safety of a secondary battery. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting wire-disconnection of a secondary battery comprises a battery pack(10) in which a plurality of battery modules consisting of battery cells is serially connected to each other by a busbar(16); and a control device(20) which comprises a cell voltage measuring unit(22) which measure a voltage of each battery cell and voltages of both ends of the busbar, and a wire-disconnection detecting unit(24) which determines wire-disconnection of lines connected to the battery cells using the voltages measured by the cell voltage measuring unit and detects a disconnected position of lines.
