PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to prevent the generation of a crack between a first and a second lead frame, by using an overlapping protrusion formed in the first or the second lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A body(20) is electrically connected to a light emitting device(10). The body includes a first lead frame(13) and a second lead frame(14) separated from the first other. The body has a cavity(s) formed on the first and the second lead frame. The first lead frame includes an overlapping protrusion(15). The overlapping protrusion is overlapped with at least one part of the second lead frame.
