PURPOSE: A gear driving apparatus which generates power by forward and reverse rotations by itself is provided to generate electric energy by rotating a rotator of a power generation unit in a forward direction always. CONSTITUTION: A gear driving apparatus which generates power by forward and reverse rotations by itself comprises a power generation unit(30), and a gear driving unit(10). The power generation unit comprises a rotator(32) and an electric induction unit(38). The gear driving unit rotates the rotator in a forward direction only. A first driving gear(12) linked to a driving pulley and a second driving gear are connected to a driving shaft(8) of the gear driving unit. The first driving gear interlocks with the second driving gear by a plurality of gears. Clutch bearings are installed in the driving pulley and second driving gear to rotate the driving shaft in the forward direction only. Rotary resistance generated from the electric induction unit and the rotator is applied to the driving pulley to generate motion loads.
