PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of olivinic structure type-lithium metal phosphorus oxide is provided to reduce process cost by calcinating at a low temperature, and to improve a battery characteristic and other physical property when being used as a cathode active material for the secondary lithium battery. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of olivic structure type-lithium metal phosphorus oxide comprises the steps of: mixing a lithium raw material with more than one iron phosphate selected from a group comprising crystallized iron phosphate formed in a (meta)strengite structure and metal-doped crystallized iron phosphate oxide formed in a (meta)strengite structure; and heat-treating the mixture above at a fixed temperature. The olivinic structure type-lithium metal phosphorus oxide is indicated as LiMnFePO, the M is selected from a group comprising Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Zr, Nb, Cu, V, Ti, Zn, Al, Ga and Mg, the n is 0-1.
