PURPOSE: A pre-heater for hot stamping is provided to preheat materials before inserting the materials into a molding device like a press, thereby enhancing moldability of materials. CONSTITUTION: A pre-heater for hot stamping comprises a base frame(3), a housing(5), a lower part heating unit(10), a top heating unit(20), a material exhaust unit(30), a temperature sensor, a power supply(P), and a controller(C). The housing is mounted in the upper part of a base frame and a mounting space is formed inside. The lower part heating unit preheats the lower part of the material. The top heating unit preheats the upper part of the material according to an electric power supply state. The material exhaust unit discharges materials outside the housing. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the materials. The controller controls the supply of power sources from the power supply to the lower and top heating units.
