PURPOSE: A smart card for the provisional or urgent charging of a portable terminal is provided to supply a hands-free function, a portable storage device function, a loss preventing function, and a provisional or urgent charging function. CONSTITUTION: A battery(111) supplies power and a charging circuit(112) charges the battery. A near field communication module(102) requests paring between a portable terminal and a smart card to prevent the loss of a portable terminal. The smart card includes a hands-free function and includes a micro USB(Universal Serial Interface) port for connection with external devices in a side. The smart card connects the micro USB port with a port of the portable terminal to supply power of the smart card to the portable terminal.
