摘要 PURPOSE: A high-strength glass fiber board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have high-strength while maintaining an optimum thermal conductive value with a small amount of an inorganic binder by applying aluminum phosphate as the inorganic binder. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength glass fiber board(100) is formed of 0.1 ~ 1.0 part by weight of an inorganic binder(140) based on 100 parts by weight of glass fiber(120), and the inorganic binder is embedded in a surface of the glass fiber. A high-strength glass fiber board manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (a) mixing and stirring glass fiber in a solvent; (b) removing the solvent by filtering the glass fiber mixed in the solvent using a sieve to obtain a glass fiber extract; (c) spray-coating the inorganic binder on a surface of the glass fiber extract; and (d) compressing the glass fiber extract coated with the inorganic binder.
