<p>PURPOSE: An LED lightening device and a method which enable dimming control is provided to increase a power-saving effect by revising brightness of lightening based on the intensity of illumination around shadow. CONSTITUTION: A timer setting section for standard illumination intensity setting calculates average illumination intensity value. A vertical wall shadow decoding section (60) reads out the shadow of vertical wall. A micro computer (70) controls the dimming of an illumination intensity data. A communication module (80) is electrically connected to the micro computer.</p> |
