PURPOSE: A transmission method in WSM(White Space Map) information of a WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) system and a device thereof are provided to set a WSM element in each device type. CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(730) transmits a beacon frame, a probe response frame, and a WSM notification frame from a first station to a second station. The WSM notification frame includes a WSM element including information for a first available channel for a non-license device.
