HEAT AND LIGHT RESISTANT POLYMER COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A polymer composition is provided to show exceptional optical properties throughout all products which went through exposure and thermal processes in the state as a molded product. CONSTITUTION: A polymer composition comprises: more than one compound of one or more kinds of polyester; one or more kinds of hindered amine compounds; and one or more phosphorus compounds selected from phosphate ester, phosphonite, and a mixture thereof. The phosphorus compounds exist in 0.3-5 weight% of the total weight of the composition. 50 mole% or more of repeated unit of the polyester is obtained through the poly-condensation of terephthalic acid and 1,4-cyclohexylene dimethanol. The polyester is poly(1,4-cyclohehexylenedimethylene terephthalate).
