PURPOSE: A waste probe crushing apparatus is provided to significantly reduce a working time since a top-end part of a probe is automatically crushed to separate a sampler, and the crushing apparatus is capable of not dispersing impurities generated when crushing the probe and contribute to the safety of a worker. CONSTITUTION: A waste probe crushing apparatus comprises a probe insertion part(20) and a probe separation part(30). The probe insertion part comprises an upper surface opening formed on an upper surface part and a lower surface opening part formed on a lower surface part corresponding to the upper surface opening part. The probe separation part is located on a lower part of the probe insertion part. In the probe separation part, an inner space is formed in two stages, multiple crushing machines(31-34) are installed on an upper part, and a crushed material accommodation part is formed on a lower end part. The crushing machines include a first crushing machine to a fourth crushing machine, and the first and second crushing machines are installed at the same height corresponding to each other, and a crushing port has a saw-teeth shape. The third and fourth crushing machines are installed at different heights from each other on the locations facing each other, and a crushing port has a semicircle shape.
