The cooling chamber (1) has a primary chamber (2) formed with a rectangular profile, where a cross-section area of the rectangular profile continuously decreases along an extension (X) of the primary chamber. A process water pipework system (3) comprises multiple nozzles (4), where the pipework system and the nozzles are extended across the extension of the primary chamber. An aperture is formed as an inlet into the primary chamber. Another aperture (11) is formed as an outlet from the primary chamber. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an exhaust gas condenser (2) a method for obtaining heat by waste gas condensation.
