PURPOSE: A catalyst composition including a catalyst material is provided to have excellent chemical resistance and thermal stability by having metal organic frameworks. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst composition for a fuel cell comprises a porous metal organic skeleton material with a synthesized cobalt and benzimidazole, or a porous metal organic frameworks or a salt thereof which is synthesized of nickel and glutaric acid. The amount of the cobalt element is 1/10 - 1/1 of coordination number of the benzimidazole, and amount of the nickel element is 1/10 -1/10 of coordination number of the glutaric acid.
