PURPOSE: An electrode forming method of a touch panel and an electrode structure of the touch panel are provided to stably deposit a bridge electrode on an insulating pattern by implementing the insulating pattern in a slope structure. CONSTITUTION: A first pattern electrode(131) forms a separation area having a predetermined width to include a pair of unit pattern electrodes. A second pattern electrode is placed in the separation area and an insulating pattern layer(211) connects the separation area. An external surface of the insulating pattern layer is patterned to include a slope structure. The insulating pattern layer forms an insulating photosensitive material layer on the first and the second pattern electrodes and exposes and develops a transmittance adjustment area(Q).
