PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of graphene is provided to facilitate manufacturing a large amount of graphene without causing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of graphene comprises the steps of: forming a mixture by mixing an ion liquid and a carbon structure comprising at least one among graphite, carbon nano tube, and carbon nano fiber (S100); irradiating a first ultrasound to the mixture (S102); irradiating microwave to the mixture (S104); and forming graphene by irradiating a second ultrasound to the mixture (S106). The mixture is in a gel state. The ion liquid contains fluorine.
