METHOD FOR PROCESSING RANGING MESSAGE IN BASE STATION

PURPOSE: A ranging message processing method in a base station is provided to rapidly execute a ranging procedure. CONSTITUTION: An upstream traffic subsystem determines whether a PDU(Protocol Data Unit) is reassembled through a header of the PDU(S440). The upstream traffic sub-system converts the PDU which is not necessary to be reassemble into an SDU(Service Data Unit)(S470). The upstream traffic sub-system transmits the SDU to an ACS(Access Control Subsystem) of the base station. The upstream traffic sub-system reassembles the PDU which is necessary to be reassembled. The upstream traffic sub-system converts the reassembled PDU into the SDU(S460). The upstream traffic sub-system transmits the SDU to the ACS.
