PURPOSE: An aluminum material with a combining unit for dissimilar metal combination with improved workability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve intensity and a combination force by forming a plating layer on the external surface of the combining unit. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum material with a combining unit for dissimilar metal combination comprises the combining unit where nickel is fused through surface-processing for combining with the dissimilar metal in one side among the aluminum material. A plating layer which is plated with one selected among a mixture of cobalt and nickel, a mixture of the nickel and copper, nickel, zinc, iron, cobalt, or iron through chemical plating or electric plating for improving intensity on the external surface of the nickel.
