PURPOSE: A communication method and a communication system are provided to efficiently manage energy by improving security and real-time properties. CONSTITUTION: A server receives encoded first data from a client(S12). The server transmits first authentication data to the client(S13). The client receives the first authentication data from the server and decodes the data(S14). The client encodes second data extracted from the first authentication data and transmits the encoded data to the server(S15). The server receives the encoded second data, decodes the data by using a standard encryption key, and verifies the second data(S16). The server transmits authentication approval data to the client(S17). The client receives the approval data and generates a session key(S18). The server generates a session key by using the stored first data and second data(S19).
