PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system comprising: a server for receiving an operating information from the client; and a client for receiving the data of video image, audio sound or the like based on the transmitted operating information, wherein the system enables a client incapable of currently logging on a server to log on the server when there are a plurality of clients having an authority to log on the server and there concurrently is the limited number of clients capable of logging on the server as a thin client.
