PURPOSE: A sewage/wastewater disposal apparatus is provided to improve disposal efficiency, and to reduce operating cost by applying microalgae on sewage/wastewater and receiving necessary oxygen through the photosynthesis of algae. CONSTITUTION: A sewage/wastewater disposal apparatus (100) comprises: a process bath (110) and a mixing means. Microalgae and bacteria are accommodated in the process bath with targeted sewage/wasted water. The mixing means mixes the microalgae and bacteria in the sewage/wastewater. The process bath is equipped with multiple unit processing spaces (111,112,113,114,115) positioned successively according to the flowing direction of the sewage/wastewater.
