PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing heat exchangers and a heat exchanger manufactured by the method are provided to minimize generation of defects during soldering of erosion or process fusing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of heat exchangers comprises the following steps: preparing coolant flow of an aluminum alloy tube and water current furnace of a copper alloy tube; implementing heat exchange between refrigerant and water flow inside each fluid path; soldering the aluminum alloy tube (2) and the copper alloy tube (3) at less than 548 °C; and soldering Al-Cu-Si based alloy or Al-Cu-Si-Zn based alloy by using lead ash. The lead ash of Al-Cu-Si based alloy or Al-Cu-Si-Zn based alloy includes one or more of 27 mass% of Cu and 5.5 mass% of Si. The fluid mass ratio produced in the lead ash (4) is 60% or more at 548 °C based on total weight of the lead ash of Al-Cu-Si based alloy or Al-Cu-Si-Zn. [Reference numerals] (AA) Erosion (erosion) |
