PURPOSE: A flexible organic light emitting diode display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize fault generation, by minimizing thermal stress applied to a display element. CONSTITUTION: A display layer (DL) is formed on a glass substrate. The display layer includes a thin film transistor layer and an organic light emitting diode layer. An upper panel (UPL) is attached to the top surface of the display layer by a first hot-setting adhesive. A lower panel (LPL) is attached to the rear of the display layer by a second hot-setting adhesive. Difference between a thermal expansion coefficient of the upper panel and a thermal expansion coefficient of the lower panel is 50μm or less.
