PURPOSE: A communication security method and device of first and second nodes communicating in a full duplex communication mode by using a near field are provided to interfere with information decoding by a third node in the near field and to transmit and receive reliable data. CONSTITUTION: A first node communication security device(1100) includes a reception part(1110), an encryption part(1120), and a transmission part(1130). The reception part receives first information from a second node at previous time commonly recognized by a first node and the second node. The encryption part encrypts second information by using the first information and information about the previous time. The transmission part transmits the encrypted second information to the second node at next time.
