摘要 PURPOSE: A charging circuit and a battery-charger assembly having the same are provided to compensate a decrease in a charging amount due to an increase in the number of times for charging a battery and to repetitively charge the battery with the sufficient amount of power. CONSTITUTION: A charging circuit includes a first circuit and a second circuit. The first circuit is installed at a charger charging the secondary battery of a battery pack, and the second circuit is installed at the battery pack including the battery. The charging circuit includes output power parts(21,23), a control part(3), a memory(42), and a critical current determining part(5). The output power parts output power to the battery. The control part controls the output power parts in order to implement a charging operation. The control part implements the charging operation with a constant current, and then implements the charging operation with a constant voltage after finishing the charging operation with the constant current. The control part finishes the charging operation when a charging current reaches a charging stop current value. The memory at the second circuit stores a limited number of times for charging. The critical current determining part determines the charging stop current value, and reduces the charging stop current value according to the increase of the number of times for charging.
