PURPOSE: An attaching and detaching device for electric vehicle is provided to automatically exchange discharged battery to a fully charged battery within short time. CONSTITUTION: An attaching and detaching device for electric vehicle comprises a battery mounting part(500), a loader, and a battery detachment part. The mounting part has a plurality of battery supports capable of mounting buffer batteries for exchanging a battery(400) mounted to the battery mounting part. The battery mounting part moves in X axis, Y axis, and Z axis, and detaches batteries from the battery-mounting part or a battery support. The battery support or battery mounting part are exchanged and mounted.
