PURPOSE: An optical measuring device of a 3D display is provided to selectively transmit left-eye images or right-eye images to the 3D display through a polarizing member, thereby measuring the intensity of the left-eye images or the right-eye images or color information thereof. CONSTITUTION: An optical measuring device of a 3D display comprises a test image supply unit(100), a 3D display(200), a polarizing member(300), and an optical instrument(400). The test image supply unit generates 3D test signals. The 3D display displays left-eye images and right-eye images by dividing the same spatially or successively based on the 3D test signals supplied from the test image supply unit. The polarizing member selectively transmits the left-eye images and right-eye images displayed on the 3D display. The optical measuring device measures the intensity or the color information of the images transmitted through the polarizing member. The 3D display includes a display panel and a panel driving unit.
