PURPOSE: A frame bar fixing device for chamfer processing for an upper side and a side of a frame bar of a TV is provided to perform chamfer grinding with die-cut processing for the upper side and the side of the frame bar by a device capable of the chamfer processing of an outer frame, thereby implementing high quality direction. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(200) supports one side of a frame bar(10) to an upper side of a base(100). A pushing unit(300) fixes and supports the other side of the frame bar of a folding state to the fixing unit. A mounting block is perpendicularly fixed between the fixing unit and the pushing unit to the upper side of the base. The frame bar is mounted on the mounting block. After the frame bar is mounted, the frame bar is advanced by the pushing unit.
