PURPOSE: A device for marking an accident spot of a vehicle is provided to properly handle an accident by marking the position of the vehicle on the road surface through controlling inside the vehicle without getting off the vehicle in the accident. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) for marking an accident spot of a vehicle comprises a transmission unit(100), a receiving unit(200), a driving unit(300), and a spraying unit(400). The transmission unit transmits a signal for operating the device. The receiving unit receives the signal transmitted through the transmission unit. The driving unit is driven by the signal received through the receiving unit. The spraying unit marks the position of a tire by the power driven through the driving unit.
